When you've completed your order form, please click on the ADD TO CART BUTTON at the bottom of the page or go to your internet banking to send payment via email.  The total for the book, including taxes and postage within Canada is $12.94 ($9.99 for the book, plus $1.20 in tax and $1.75 for postage of one book within Canada)

Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery from date of your order.
